What are you focusing on?

I love watching NASCAR. It impresses me the amount of control the drivers have running at 180 mph mere inches from the wall.

It’s also the most dangerous thing drivers can do because it becomes the most common accident.

What the drivers understand is the power of what you focus on. The drivers that can hug the wall and come out safe are the ones that focus on where they WANT to go.

While the drivers that hit the wall are the ones that focus on where they DON’T want to go.

If you are constantly “crashing”, chances are you are focusing your energy on the things that will go wrong, placing your attention on where you don’t want to go.

Re-train that brain and focus on where you want to end up and watch what changes.
