Think of a realistic goal that you would like to achieve. Take a second and image it coming true, picture a future where you’ve achieved that goal and how it makes you feel.
Now take a moment and imagine the obstacles that could stand in your way of that goal. Obstacles are the only thing that will prevent you from achieving your goal, so do not make light the negatives, see them for what they truly are. Goal Killers.
Picture an obstacle, for example, your goal is Black Belt and an obstacle/challenge is hitting your push-ups. The urge to be lazy and not get your push-ups is the obstacle. When the urge arises to be lazy, how will you react? Tell yourself what you will do and when it happens, then act they way you thought.
Do this for every obstacle that stands between you and your goal.
