Don’t go down without a fight. If you hold this to be true, more often than not, you won’t go down at all.
This has to be an attitude, part of your mental conditioning. Everyday you must make yourself do that extra kick, that extra push-up, that extra squat or that extra round.
Tell yourself that today is the day you get mentally stronger so you can face what tomorrow brings you. Today fight against fear, weakness, timidness, inconsistency and procrastination.
Everyday give your best, run towards that challenge instead of away from it.
If you have to fail, fail spectacularly!
And once you fail, get up and move forward!
