Always work on your mental strength

Mental resilience is arguably the most important trait you can possess.  When we become uncomfortable, we instinctively avoid the discomfort, and we become ok with that.  That’s a shame.

The better you can be under pressure the further you will go.  When you’re training in class, your mind will always give up before your body does.  Your body sends a signal that it’s becoming tired, your mind translates that to, “Stop now!  This is uncomfortable!”

Train your mind to push past the discomfort because where your mind goes, the body follows.
