It’s only been a few days and we’ve already heard the reasons that people need to take a break from their martial arts training. 

  • Tough time getting used to the new school time schedule
  • Going to participate in new fall activities
  • Too tired after school to train
  • Too busy after school to find time to train
  • Etc.

So why do people start martial arts?  Increase their self-esteem, make new friends, learn to be assertive, learn self-defense, get in shape, increase their focus…
